hallooo! i hope you all had a good year. i thought mine was pretty lackluster since the only thing i can think about lately is work.. but after collecting things together, things weren't too bad!
the goals i mentioned in my last wrapup were:

it's been a quiet comfy one this year. no huge changes, just locking in at work, and messing around with creative challenges.

i got Garyu rank in Tekken 8 with Jun! on release this was like being Platinum ish in SF6 i think
also made autoficer, a big game where you program your own wand and AI, but it was a bit mid

i created a brand new itch account and semi-secretly made A Love Story About Love.
i am so so so happy with all the lovely reception this has gotten. because i made this for myself, to show to nobody, with absolutely no expectations, it's very very easily cleared every other project ive made lately. i am so so proud of this project and want to do more things like this in 2025
also was first in a list of insertdisc5's favourite VNs (the developer of In Stars And Time)

released PERMUTER, my first ever actual paid videogame. i'm very happy with how the development and shipping of this game went, and got a small playerbase of very good gamers. shipping this has given me confidence in creating commercial stuff in future that takes more than 8 working days to develop lol

me and miredly made TETRENGA. another thing i am insanely happy about
i still can't quite believe the positive reception this has gotten. my friends have played this for hours. months later, screenshots STILL get posted of new high scores or new funny chance-block generations
we maintained top 10 most popular in the jam, out of 7,700 entries, and ended up ranking #33rd for enjoyment. i am pretty freaking pleased with that!!! thank you all so much for playing this
i used to work in a web development studio about 7 years ago now - my old boss recently text me saying Tetrenga is ruining productivity in their office. lmao
made a vtuber in 2 days. fun project! i promise the fishnets were not my idea they were more normal before but then 2 girls joined call while i was drawing and said "hear me out. fishnets." theyre for the female gaze...
went to see Gost and Health in Amsterdam. everyone but me ate weed cakes lol. Johnny Health is fucking TALL!!!!!!!!!
